on the 1901 cen it says elizabeth age 4 born belfast so c1897.
it looks like the one born 1890 died.

   25 Oct 1856 Arthur Higginson married Mary TOTTEN in Lisburn Civil Registrars Office. Fathers names were Edward Higginson and James Totten.

There are Tottens and Higginsons in this 1851 census fragment for Ballinderry- including several Arthur Higginsons!

"July 1897  An inquest was held into the death of Arthur Higginson, of 213 Matilda Street, who was knocked down by a runaway horse, which had been frightened by a gas engine belonging to Belfast Corporation. The inquest jury recorded a verdict of accidental death and recommended the removal of the machine.
