   Found william b 1817 Linton by ross herefordshire ,father joseph mother sarah.
joseph b abt 1796 linton herefordshire sarah b abt 1801 linton , john b abt 1826 linton.

not sure if this is any help as you posted on herts site.

Thomas, 80, Brother, Widower, Labourer, born Oxenhall, Glous

As Sarah is born Dymock, the Marriage may have taken place there c 1810-1814.

If this is the correct Marriage there would be other Children born before James 1816 in Linton, Hereford.

There is also another Marriage;
Thomas TAYLOR
Elizabeth REDDY, 31 December 1804, Oxenhall, Glous
This could be Thomas, Brother, Widower in 1851 Census.
I will try and find him in 1841!
