Harward/Howard, North Cornwall

I am interested in all Harwards and Howards and variations in North Cornwall - particularly Bude/Stratton, Morwenstow and the Cornish side of the Tamar down to Launceston.  Anyone else know of this family?

If you have a starting point then they should be easy enough to trace as the IGI and censuses for Cornwall are generally good and online. Cornwall also has a well established OPC scheme.
