Ellen married Patrick Ryan of Pidgeonstown and John married Ellen Dunne. To date I have not been able to find any information on Timothy and Rosanna. Hi..not sure if you have the place of marriage for Timothy and Margaret but it is in Eglish,  Co. Offaly in 1848. I also found where the children were born and here's what I found:

Timothy Brophy 1851 - Kinnitty, Co. Offaly
Ellen Brophy 1858 - Kinnitty, Co. Offaly
John Brophy 1860 - Kinnitty, Co. Offaly
Henry Brophy 1863 - Kinnitty, Co. Offaly
Rosanna Brophy 1866 - Kinnitty, Co. Offaly

Ellen's marriage to Patrick Ryan took place in Kinnitty, Co. Offaly in 1885. I can see three children born to Ellen and Patrick:

William Ryan 1889 - Kinnitty, Co. Offaly
Johanna Ryan 1897 - Kinnitty, Co. Offaly
Patrick Ryan 1900 - Kinnitty, Co. Offaly

Here's the family on the  Census of Ireland...I could only find the births of the above three on www.rootsireland.ie but seems from the 1901 that there were alot more and here they are again on 1911 Census of Ireland:

1901: http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/King_s_Co_/Kinnetty/Pidgeonstown/1464487/
1911: http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/King_s_Co_/Kinnitty/Pigeonstown/554124/

I couldn't find a marriage in Offaly for John and Ellen. I found the births of two children of John and Ellen on www.rootsireland.ie:

Timothy Brophy 1889 - Kinnitty, Co. Offaly
John Brophy 1894 - Kinnitty, Co. Offaly

I did find who I think is Ellen on the
1901: http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/King_s_Co_/Knockbarron/Lackaroe/1464500/ 1911: http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/King_s_Co_/Knockbarron/Lackaroe/554137/

You can see that Ellen is widowed on both census forms and I do believe that this is John's death in Kinnitty:

I couldn't find any marriages for either Timothy or Rosanna so I think they could have went abroad possibly. All this information came from www.rootsireland.ie and I do hope that it helps you in some way.

Hi again

I saw your post about Henry Brophy on Royal Irish Constabulary about him being married in Tipperary North to Mary Smith - I could find no record of that marriage there but I did find it in Co. Offaly.

View    Civil Marriage    Brophy    Henry    1895    Co. Offaly    - Shinrone.

If you look on this sheet from the 1901 Census of Ireland, you will see Henry Brophy named in Wexford:

http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/reels/nai001286987/

And here is his wife with child in Wexford

1901: http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Wexford/Tintern/Tintern/1797654/
1911: http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Wexford/Tintern/Kinnagh/688709/

I think that is them on the 1911 above but it gives him as being a farmer.

From their marriage record, you should be able to find where exactly she was born...it gives Tipperary but lots of Mary Smiths in Tipperary.
