Dera Birtle and friends
Thanks for your help. I have now put my research so far on both the WW1 and WW2 Kew Gardens staff names on two separate blog posts on line - http://worldwarzoogardener1939.wordpress.com

I have posted out the links out onto the Botanic gardens education networks to stimulate their interest prior to www.1914.org .

Hopefully Kew or I will be able to post some staff photographs from The Kew Guild Magazine, adding faces to names.

I will add more info as I track it down. Meanwhile I now have a list of Royal Botanic Gardens staff at Edinburgh, some for Glasnevin, Melbourne  and also Natural History Museum London staff memorial names to research for my blog posts

Only one name to check and research left on the Kew WW2  names.  Hopefully visiting Kew in Autumn to check the list ...
Researching wartime zoos, botanic gardens & aquaria for World War Zoo Gardens project, Newquay Zoo, Cornwall.
Researching civilian Home Front WW2 diaries in our collection.
