Brilliant!
Many thanks for that, I'll follow up some of those leads
Where did you find the will of Christopher Snr, I've tried several places but haven't been able to access much in the way of full records of them, just an index mention?
Many thanks again
Cheers

A number of wills can now be viewed at PRONI.....

http://applications.proni.gov.uk/DCAL_PRONI_WillsCalendar/WillsSearchImage.aspx?id=153671

the will starts near end of page 1 and continues on page 2, for Christopher Redmond died 1858.

Hi,
5 Jun 1847 Christopher Redmond married Hannah McMillan in Buckna Presbyterian Church, Ballymena. This does not tie in with the birth of Christopher Jun.

28 Oct 1864 Christopher Redmond, father Christopher, married Jane Hanna Hamill in Skerry and Racavan Church of Ireland, Ballymena.

I have been looking at this to, and found the farm in Ballymoney that was referred to. It is in the Griffith's valuation, with landlord as Christopher Redmond (row 7 on the page linked just below):

According to the map reference, it is the land surrounding Ballymoney Lodge, and judging by the value of the buildings shown, could include the lodge itself.

BW86, hopefully are receiving notifications re this thread. If so, please note that KDrive who started it, has not been active on site since 2018, so probably why you received no reply to your post last year. Anyhow,  if you are still researching the family groups mentioned, you may be interested in thread https://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=683531.0 , where another Rootschat member is still actively researching.
