Marriage or death?) of Alphonse Eustache

Hi - I have an Alphonse Eustache, apparently born in France (probably Portbail) in or around 1854.

There is no sign of him in the 1871 census - his parents were Jean and Honorine (Eleanor in 1871 censuse!?) -

Looking for a marriage (maybe a death?)

The same goes for Emilie (born 1856? in France?)

and finally, John, who is in the 1871 census but not 1881 census - need a marriage or death please
