ROGERS family born Builth, 1820s and 1830s

I've having trouble tracing the children of Jonathan ROGERS and Martha (nee JONES).  On the 1851 census Elizabeth, William, Richard, John and David are all at Shepherds Square, Blaenavon Ironworks in the parish of Llanover Upper (page 8, sorry I don't have the full reference), all born Builth, Brecon.  When I check the 1861 census on FindMyPast and look for ROGERS (with variants) born Builth it finds nobody (0 results).  Clearly Elizabeth might be married, but the sons?  Any ideas?

Have you tried searching for them born Breconshire rather than Builth? Could it be Bwlch, Brecon? Maybe they were born near Builth & used a more accurate place in 1861, perhaps Llanelwedd - just over the river from Builth?
