Hi

Would someone be able to give me an approx date for this lady please. It hasn't scanned very well. Scratched onto the front is '74 but I don't think it's old enough to be 1874????

No...it's about 1910 or so. If we could see a larger image it might help because it's awfully small and hard to see, but it's not going to change anything I'm afraid...in fact about 1910 up to the war I think.

Could be...it's possible, but the image is hard to see, isn't it...

Thanks all. It could be my ggGrandmother, who would have been 74 in 1916, so that is a real possibility!

Agree with China's date..sort of.I don't think quite as early as 1910 & I would put it it 1912-16.
the number at the bottom could be '14 for 1914.
