Robert Young/Jane Murdoch

Do these names mean anything to anybody?
They were married in 1796 in the Parish of Stow.
Jane (Jean) died at Collielaw Parish of Channelkirk on the 26th May 1834 age 59 years.  Robert died at Collielaw on the 6th June 1834 age 62 years and they were both buried in the churchyard of Stow.  There is no stone sadly, as I have been for a look. They had 3 sons that I know of: James (my line) William and Christopher.  William and Christopher lived in or around Stow at some point in their lives but James lived in Humbie/Borthwick area and they were all shepherds.
I would like to know more about Robert and Jane's origins and if they had more children - I'm sure they must have done.
