I wonder if anyone has access to Wirksworth parish records? I am trying to find who Nathan's mother was.
What I have is that Nathan was born 21 Aug 1813 Middleton and baptised 15 Sep 1813 Wirksworth. Father was Joseph Brooks and mother was Ann.
Place of birth came from 1851 census and the rest from familysearch beta.

IGI has a Submitted Record fro Mary LEAM born c 1748, Wicksworth, married to Nathaniel Brooks 1770 and dying 1822;

A Family Tree on Anc has her Parents as;
Abijah LEAM 1727-1810
Mary SHORE 1726-1786

I have no access to records to confirm this.
