Hi Ady
Any help you can give would be great. Oliver is buried at Liversedge cemetery not Liversedge church, the new memorial is for the cemetery. So far, I've found 54ish servicemen from WW1 and 2, so need to check all the details thoroughly before anything is written in stone - literally.
Thanks!

You say you have 54 names Have you looked at Charlie Turpins info on the Spenborough British Legion site?

Morning Ady
Charlies list has been incorporated in to the list I have as is some of the info you've found out - all the headstones at Liversedge were read (twice) to find all the soldiers but unfortunatley some don't have headstones or the inscription doesnt say anything about their service. I can send you a copy of our list if you like? Its only WW1 soldiers at the moment but WW2 is being worked on as we speak.
Thanks
Jane
