My maternal grandfather was Walter Boyd Beresford and he claimed to be the brother of Samual Boyd Beresford.  However, on his marriage certificate he gave as his parents W.E. Beresford and Grace Wallace Boyd.  Can you help?

Walter Boyd Beresford married in Canada in 1915- born c1886 Belfast, Ireland and father Walter E. Beresford-
