Trying to find where James Ritchie who died 14 Sep 1910 Balwearie Abbotshall Kirkcaldy and Jane Blake who died 02 Apr 1903 Cuddie Know Kilrie Kinghorn Fife could have been intered.

I've checked Kinghorn but no luck there.

Hi Mary they are interred in Abbotshall Cemetery Kirkcaldy
the inscription reads
727   Jane BLAKE  1834---- 1903
   James RITCHIE  1835---- 1910

it a small headstone and there is a another small inscription on the stone which I cannot make out

I have a number of RITCHIE headstones in fife cemeteries
I you tell me who their children married I will check for you

Norrie you are a star  - I've been searching for this for over 3yrs. I kept returning to Kignhorn as that was where Jane died.

Their children were my great grand father William Ritchie married Jane Brough. I know they are interred in Bowhill.

Elizabeth Ritchie all I know is she was born 27 Nov 1860 Dysart, Fife

I have William Robert LOGIE & Barbara HARKNESS [married13 Feb 1857 Muirkirk, Ayrshire] in my family tree [mother's side]

After hours of searching I see that there is also a James LOGIE married to a Barbara HARKNESS but all the children from both these are the same names/births.

Just wondered if you knew any more as to why this could be.
