Sarah Jane Bleakley/Moore

According to the 1911 census of Belfast, my step g.grandmother, Sarah Jane Hannaway was born in ~1856 in Clones, Co. Monaghan.
Her first marriage (if she ever married) was to James Maynes.  They had 4 children all born in Belfast and she gave her maiden name as Sarah Jane Bleakely when registering their births.
However, when she, as a widow married Patrick Hannaway in Belfast , she gave her father's name as William Moore, labourer.  Confusing, isn't it?
Any help with the Clones connection would be most welcome.
