« on: Friday 04 February 11 11:06 GMT (UK) »
Hi

If anyone has access to the Stutton PR's I would like this marriage from Boyds looked up please

1710 / LION  WM / BAKER  AN / STUTTON  /SUFFOLK

Also if there are any baptisms for children of this couple?

I am trying to establish if they are the same couple having children Bury St Edmunds from 1718

Thanks in anticipation
Jan ;)

Hi Jan

Taken from Stutton parish register.

William Lion and Amie Baker married October 18th 1710.

I looked at Ann / Amie for a long time (in case it said Annie?) but it definitely looked like AMIE.

Further to this, they baptised their daugher Amie.  Amie Lion daughter of William Lion and Amie his wife baptised August 5th 1711.

I could not see any other children of William and Amie at Stutton.

Regards
Anne
