The answer once and for all  ;D 

 ;D Using the very latest version of Adobe Cs (fantasy version) with the extra add-ons deep x-ray imaging I have managed to enhance the centre of the picture on my Sinclair ZX81  ;D

Trystan was right it is some sort of cow with teeth  ;D

Hi kenhar,
      You could get a job on CSI with that niffty technology. Just like those super crime busting guys from Miami, you could now measure the angle of the shadows zoom in, enhance, triangulate and we should be able to tell weather it's a Guernsey or freesian cow.;D
