Launceston Industrial School for girls

Where can I find the records for the Launceston Industrial School for girls?  I am looking for Rose Senior who was sent there in November 1886 for 2 years, she was 13.  She  disappears from any records after her sentencing.

Also can anyone enlighten me as to the Mission Church in Launceston 1885.  I have a letter written to Grace Brown which asks if she is still involved in the Mission Church and saying they believed it was going to be a grand building.

Christian Mission Church Launceston.

(Founder) Henry Reed, 1806 - 1880 He was a land holder, ship owner, merchant and philanthropist.

He instigated the independent Christian Mission Church (in Wellington street), 'a break away' from the Wesleyan Methodist group.
The Christian Mission Church was opened in April 1884, four years after Reed's death.
