Thank you for all that information....Sir Aan, began his transaction in the 1300 dat but he did not get his court summos in to  be at Pariment at the designated time..He was going to go back to the registrar in one week from that appointment day, However, he had to join the forces at Halidon Hill and did not go back.as he died on the battlefield...The King on the battle field told him he would take care of the transaction and see to it the name was changed and registered...two hundred years after the fact.
