Could someone please have a look at the death of Henry MAWBEY on 7 Sep 1895 in Auburn Victoria, and see if there is any indication of his parents' names?

I have found quite a lot about his children, but I have been unable to go back to earlier generations as he was already in Melbourne in 1838, before the 1841 Census of England.

Port Phillip district

MAWBY Henry,
qualified to vote  by: dwelling house, Brighton, Vic

1856 electoral rolls show two entries:

Henry Mawby, farmer, freehold dwelling
District:    Balaclava
Subdistrict: Brighton

Henry Mawby, miner
District:    Loddon
Subdistrict: Mandurang, Kangaroo Flat

Many thanks Judith. There is quite a trail about this man, but this is the first time I've had his parents' names.

Can I ask you another favour please?  Would you please be able to see whether there are deaths in Victoria of people whose parents were Henry MAWBEY and Ann SMITH, or Henry MAWBEY and Mary Susannah RADCLIFFE?

This Henry was the (only) son of the other one.

It looks as if five of the six children born to Henry all died as infants; the only one I can't account for is Ellen (Nellie) MAWBEY, although I don't have a date of birth, death or marriage for her.  Can you see her?
