I had googled Amphlett Williams and got this site - just curious.


My Gt.Gt.Gt. grandfather William Amphlett Williams b.1815 somewhere in England - I really dont know.

Next I know he was in Madras and was married to Sarah Dyer (b.1822 in india) in 1840.

Anyone with connection or knows of the family - please let me know.

Did you sort your Amphlett querey, if not they are part of my Family Tree and yes they are mainly based around Gloucester & Worcs
