The Arthur GARNETT who appears in the censuses as the father of a Harry Samuel GARNETT of the right age (born Islington, not Hunstanton) did marry a GREEN first time around. Arthur was born in the Rugby area, his birth registered there in the Jun qtr of 1857.

Marriage, Jun qtr 1880

Arthur GARNETT
Mary Jane GREEN

Medway 2a 730

NB Arthur was in Linslade, Bucks (might this be where you get "Lindsdale" from?) with his mother Harriott in 1871: RG10/1560/32/11.

(He'd have been a bit old for WW1 - perhaps that was the next generation?)

Looks like the right one - maybe not stayed too long in Hunstanton - maybe christened in Islington.

It actually looks as though his birth was registered in Islington (in Dec qtr 1881) and, from your finding, that he was baptised in Norfolk.
