Who holds records on this Cemetery?

It's Location is Outwell, Norfolk. Interestingly(!) it's in Cemetery Road. It's been there for centuries BUT are all burials recorded down in a Register somewhere? Can anyone tell me who I contact to get me some family history -without having to travel the distance to walk round it? tjack

If it's a cemetery attached to a church then the registers may still be with the church or been deposited at the Archives.  If it's just a cemetery then the Local Authority/Parish Council would have the cemetery registers, tho the Archives may well have a mircofilmed copy of them.
