Vic BDM

Margaret BENNETT and Andrew ANSBERY marriage registered 1855,  #2166.  This document should give you information about the respective parents of Margaret and of Andrew.  To me, if this was my family, it would be a 'must have' document.

......

JM

Please consider trying as per above.

I wonder if this is your Andrew and Margaret?

"I, ANDREW AINSBURY, of Tarcowie, hereby give notice that I will NOT be RESPONSIBLE for any DEBTS contracted by my WIFE, Margaret Ainsbury, after this date, 13th December, 1877. ANDREW AINSBURY. Witness ROBERT BROWN, Jamestown."

Looks like the above "A Ansbury" land selection:

"Hundred Tarcowie, County Dalhousie - Sec 148, 313 acres, A. Ansbury, Mannanarie, shepherd."
15 Jan 1875 "South Australian Register"

Interesting, could be him  will look into it.
In regards to marriage certificate due to not having a credit card or living in Victoria as well as Victoria BDM not having downloadable application forms it remains out of my reach for the time being.

According to their website they accept EFTPOS,  personal cheques, money orders,  etc .... EFTPOS  ... likely that would include debit cards ..

Still prefer a form to post along with cheque or money order like you can in S.A.
Was unable to find one on their site (downloadable)

Whilst I haven't seen a baptism, there is Mary born c1832 (who appears in the 1851 census), and another John born c1827 (in the 1871 census). So they are 2 more.  ;)

I've found what I assume are their baptisms on FreeReg:

John ANSTY bap 10 Dec 1826 at All Saints, Dovercourt - parents George (labourer) and Ann

Mary HANSBURY b 5 May 1831, bap 19 Jun 1831, same details as above.
