Searching for information on William Forbes born about 1785 in Reay Caithness. William married Williamina MacKay born about 1791, died 23 September 1863 also in Reay, Caithness. To my knowledge they had 4 children George, Margret, Peter and Betty.
I am interested in contacting anyone researching this family and am happy to share information. I am particularly interested in William’s parents and Williamina’s death. Her death certificate states she died from suffocation from accidentally falling into a mine or bog.
