Alma Ethel May HASLER in Victoria what happened to her.

Hi,

I`m trying to find out what happened to Alma Ethel May Hasler who was born in Tasmania 2/03/1883. Her parents were Thomas and Eliza Hasler.Alma was living in Melbourne in 1942 according to a Memorium in the Mercury Newspaper in Tasmania for her sister Hannah Elizabeth Jarvis(nee Hasler) who died in Tasmania in 1941.I`m not sure if Alma had married as it only gave her first name in the memorium notice.Hopefully she didn`t marry and her surname was still Hasler.

Thankyou so much for that Debra.This is the elusive GG Grandmother of my friend.Alma had a son but left him with a Mrs Moore and then vanished.The authorities couldn`t find her but I did.Trove is a wonderful family history tool.
I wonder if anyone would be able to find where she is buried. I`m not very good with Victorian records.
