Have you viewed the full image or just the transcription?

Could be Manchester or Municipal County Council (if it existed back in 1911)

It may be that the image has more info that has not been transcribed.  Or the transcription is incorrect

UDC   stood for Urban District Council.

So,   could it be Manchester UDC

Thank you for trying to help me.   :)

I have unfortunately run out of credits and I'm still not sure if this is the person I am looking for.

I was thinking the "M C C D" could be the employer given they were looking for more info on that in regard to the 1911 census.  What about his occupation as Orderly Youth?  A hospital, a home?

I'd go for Manchester City Cleansing Department.
Midlothian: Adam(s), Meikle/Muckle
Leith: Bridges
Edinburgh: Brown
Prestonpans: Bird, Inglis
Fife: Wemyss
Orkney: Brock
Ireland: Sweeney
