Moore, William b. 1826?, IOM, who were his parents?

Anyone with a Moore connection:  I'm trying to slither through any crack in my brick wall.  William Moore b. 1825 or 1826 on the Isle of Man is my mysterious 2nd great grandfather.  He appears first in the 1850 US census in Illinois, USA.  He was very proud of being a Manx man and passed on that fact.  He married first in Illinois to an Sarah Kendall.  They named their first son Edward.  I know her father was William Kendall therefore Edward may have been named after William's father?  Their first daughter was Mary Jane but I believe that was for her side of the family.  Their second son died in infancy 2 months (?) after the mother (1857).  He was either named Francis or John T. or John F.  Again, not much to go on but the only clues I have for this William Moore. 

Using the familysearch.org Isle of Man births/baptisms posted online:  I find 9 William Moores born 1823-1827 on the Isle of Man.  Anyone with links to these families, you may be able to help me eliminate one or more. 

Again, anyone with a William Moore in your notes, born IOM 1823-1827 or so, please reply with information even if you know he remained on the IOM and died there.  This could help me eliminate any one of these 9 William Moores!

Any other tips would be most appreciated.

Most Moores seem to originate in Arbory, but there are 2 families in Andreas that might be worth a closer look.

I'd have a look at Wm s/o Thomas + ann Callow bapt Arb 18230921 (note there are two distinct families Thos moore + ann Callows!
their children were disbused in 1841s and I can't trace Wm
I have traces for 9 of the 15 Wm Moores bapt 1823..1828 - there are 2 in andreas one is known to have gone to Canada then onto Tasmania the other was still there in 1851

Unfortunately, that is the trouble.  I do not know where he was born on the Island. That is why I feel I must resort to ruling out each Wm Moore born between 1823-1827 or so.  I have ruled out the son on Phillip Moore and Mary Jane Price Wilson.  His birth was definitely 1807.  The 1824 recorded baptism was a transcription error.

Let me see if I understand:  You have traces for 9 of 15 William Moores born 1823-1828!?!  Would you be willing to share which ones and to where they were traced?  That is wonderful work.  I wonder if your remaining 6 are in the list I've started?

Second, are you saying that you have 2 Thos. Moores who each married an Ann Callow?!?
