Are these two people the same?

Hi,
I have a family photograph dated fairly sure at 1931 and another one definitely at 1921.  Can you have a look and tell me whether you think the guy at the back row, second from left is the same guy in each photo?  I've stared at it so many times I'm not sure!  (Helpful that they are in the same position at least).  I'll have to post the photos separately.  Many thanks for your help.
