Seagate Mass Storage Device cannot stop/eject. Help please.

WIndows XP backup info:

If you have Windows XP Home edition then you have to install it from the installation CD.  If you hjave Windows XP Professional edition then it is already in stalled.

It looks like support for Windows XP is about to expire so Microsoft no longer have a tutorial available on how to use their Backup utility.

Unfortunately, I do not have a CD for my Windows XP, it was pre-installed on my PC when I bought it.

Oh well, all is not lost, I'll just keep on with the select/copy procedure, it seems to be working o.k.
