I think the Charles Newell should be Charles Jewell ...
I'm trying to figure this family out ...
Charles Jewell was listed in 1881 with his grandmother Mary Groizard
who is my great great grandmother but I can't get him tied into the family ... it's weird ..! I found Charles in the CWG site - and a Mrs A Jewell is listed as his mother
I'd be grateful for any help

Ithink Annie Jewell and John Sinel have both been married before, well for sure John has.
Ithink on  the 1891 cencus that Mansell( who i think is also known as Harry)and Herburt are his children from a previous marriage the 1881 cencus has John with wife as Margaret.
The 2 younger children Gladys and Elsie are Annies and Johns.
Perhaps Charles was born illigitimate and thats why he was living with granny
