Hi

If you try this link, there are a few John's.  May be one of them is yours.

You could contact Blackburn OPC too.  They may be able to help.

Hi

John was registered in Oct 1880 and Maggie in July 1875.

I've emailed someone to see if their resting place in Blackburn can be ascertained.  I'll keep you informed if/when I hear anything.

Regards.

John was christened at St Mary's in Blackburn on 10th October.  Parents King George Eastwood and mother Susannah.

Maggie was also christened at St Mary's on 7th February in 1875.

They may both be buried there...

Would it be possible please for someone to check St Mary the Virgin, Blackburn  for burials to see if these 2 babies are buried there. Maggie Eastwood born & died 1875 and John Eastwood born 1877 died 1880. Both from Blackburn and children of King George & Susannah Eastwood.
Unfortunatley the burial registers on the parish clerks website only go up to 1870.
Thank you for any help received

I have an interest in this family, and according to the certificate I've downloaded, King George Eastwood married Susannah Smith at St. Paul's church in Bury on 26 Nov 1867. I'd be interested to know what you know of them. How did he come to die in Smolensk in 1905?
