Hughe Manwaryng gent & John Bayly priest ... & cont[ai]nyng ... ... & ... affected by

Think the two words after priest ... & are "conc[er]nyng certen" but hard to make out what has been "comytted and don[e]" to George!

Could the end of the second line and beginning of the third be as follows?

... for & conc[er]nyng certen ryotts & [off] other offences by
them comytted & don unto...

(off being the start of "offences" deleted and "other offences" written instead.)

Though I still can't read it, the handwriting is far tidier than on a document from 1595 when my relative was interogated by the Star Chamber

Think the executor is "one William Wryght" and the demand is for Xlbe i.e. ten pounds (presumably owed to him by the decedent or from a bequest in the will?) as he "lawfully proved the same against the said Rose Ryddesley and William Wryght"
