birth date and parents

Would someone please help me find the birth date and parents of John Young my Grt Grt Grandfather.All Johns children were born in Dallmellington Ayrshire the oldest was Elizabeth Russel Stewart Young born in 1869.John married Agnes Twaddle in Sanquer Dumfrieshire 15th June 1866,so i am presuming he would have been born around 1843ish.We think his parents lived at Closeburn and we think number 1 Market Place Auckinleck.Any help greatly appreciated Anne. :'(
