WW2 wounded soldiers?

Hi, above is the link to a photo which has some soldiers and invalids in it.Any nassistance to discover their regiment or the date may help me identify individuals in photo. Feel free to discuss !!

 I think it was taken in South Ayrshire as all my grans side of family hail from thereabouts. Wigtownshire may be another poss location if someone in it is from my grandfathers side.
