Brook look up please
« on: Monday 25 April 11 14:26 BST (UK) »
I'm wondering if anyone has the parish registers for Brook and can check to see if there was a baptism for a John Mack born 26 Aug 1874, thanks.

I have transcripts for Brook baptisms 1563-1899, but can find no record of a John Mack

I think the Brook you are looking for would actually be an area of Chatham according to your other posts (not Brook the village nr Ashford) ......... would this be correct?

Sorry I didn't realise there was another village called Brook as well  :-[  yes, the BC says John Mack was born in Brook, Chatham, I assumed it was a village near Chatham, should have looked at a map before posting  ;D
