Once again I need help.

This 1352 Grant of messuage & ½ Cornish Acre called Little Nantyan was from William BODRUGAN, knight, to Nicholas Hattchastel and his wife Joan.

Can anyone help me, please?

I am still trying to transcribe/translate this document and I do need help.

Lines 7 & 8 appear to refer to “ad omnia placita” or a legal claim by someone else.

Lines 8, 9 & 10 refer to the milling of grain at Nantyan. My attempt is;
And unharmed right to the mill .... of Nantyan with the whole of their grain And wish and grant that the previously named Nicholas, Joan and their lawfull heirs (according to a fixed order of kinship) be able to grind all of their grain .... grain .... in a kind of wickerwork carriage, grain .... when it .... .. afore mentioned mill

Can anyone put me out of my misery?

Sorry I can't help much with transcription, but would suggest re line 9 that "heirs of the body" is not quite the same as "lawful heirs". If Nicholas and Joan were to leave no children of their own, then other relatives might claim to be the latter but not the former. Might be significant from a genealogical angle.
