What does "Position" mean?

What is meant by "Rootschat Member", "Rootschat Extra!", etc?

It's all to do with the number of posts that RootsChatters make.

Newcommers begin as RootsChat Pioneers, then after a few posts they become "Extra".

As people help more, they go higher in "status" or position (as it were).
