robert sharpe/isabella kerr marriage?

struggling to find a marriage for this couple, tried a million combinations on sp but no luck, they are both deceased on their son roberts marriage cert in 1914, robert junior was 27 on the cert so that makes his birth about 1887, so presumably robert and isabella married around that time, have also tried to find a death for them but no luck so far!

robert sharpe junior married jessie mcdill in the district of dalbeattie 15/6/1914

robert sharpe senior was a railwaysurfaceman deceased on the cert

any help would be appreciated

You don't say whereabouts in Scotland Robert jnr was born.  Although he married in Dalbeattie - was he born there or elsewhere?

Have you found him on the 1891/1901/1911 censuses?

have found 1 robert with mothers christian name kerr but the date is wrong ( about 1800 ), I reckon he was born around 1887 because he was aged 27 when he married. there are too many others to be able to pin him down. I,ve found only 1 robert sharpe ( with a wife isabella ) in liverpool in 1901 which gives her birth date as 1854 england
