Future Heavyweight Boxing Champs??

I love this photo of my brother and sister. I haven't a clue what it's all about, but it always brings a smile to my face. Does anyone fancy having a go at making it look a bit more natural?

The little chap obviously knows he's giving away a few pounds to his sister but is confident he can compensate with his boxing ability. :-\
