Hi Richard Binstead/Beastead (Seaman) was married to Janet Widger lived in Co Waterford first and in O'Brien St, City later on. The widger (horse people) families came from Kilbarry and Mayor's Walk in the City they are still in Kilbarry and Michael St today. debu
