James Edward Hall's mother was called Park, and there is a marriage for a John William Hall and an Elizabeth Park in Tynemouth, September ¼ 1898, could be his parents.

In the 1901 Census John William Hall, age 23, a Journeyman Tailor, Elizabeth L. Hall, wife, age 23, and Thomas Hall, age 2, were living in East End, Hartley. They were all born in Seaton Sluice. RG13 Piece 4809 Folio 30 Page 5.

There are these two births with mother Park.
James E. Hall, Tynemouth, Sep 1911, 10b 565, and George Hall, Tynemouth, Sep. 1915 10b 579.
There is also a William John Hall, Dec ¼ 1903 Tynemouth 10b 264, who could be another son. Thomas Hall's birth was registered March ¼ 1899 Tynemouth 10b 300
