Hi
Many thanks for your help.I have the info' on the Pickerings-Albert E/Mary Ellen parents to Gladys M/Winefred/Marjorie E.I have looked at the 1911 census and seen Emma and James at St.Neots but they were to old and living in a house.James senior and wife were still travellers(thats if they were both still living)-but their children were all with different relatives-so not knowing James seniors wifes name makes it difficult-but if you have more info' or are sure James seniors wife was named Emma that is great and  I would be only to pleased as we have hit a brick wall. Thanks again

Hi,

I came across this site by accident, entered James Barley Wellingborough into Google and hey presto...

I can see by the dates that this is an old thread but I am a direct descendant of James Barley - those of you on this thread I might know, or not. You might even be my cousins  :)

So, if Wendoree, laidydaisy and NettieS are still reading these posts - please respond

Would like to share what we know.
