In 1906 there's a David Kidd (age 37 born Ontario) in Manitoba with wife Janet and children Earl, Amy & John. The 2 older children are listed in LDS record but automatedgenealogy shows all three children in the scanned image. Interestingly, the previous household is a Herbert Kidd & family.

Is this David and '3rd' wife Janet Lewarne?

This couple look to be David Kidd/Kydd & Janet Patterson Stewart so the question now is where are David Samuel Kidd & Janet (Lewarne) Kidd after the 1895 marriage?

An online tree indicates that Janet (Lewarne) Kidd died 19 Feb.1932 Durham, Ont. and David Samuel Kidd (later Byrne) born 28 July 1868 at Rice Lake & died 4 Oct.1934. David Sam. Kidd-Byrne 'gentleman' arrived in N.Y. in 1913 with wife Janet & son Clarence Ephraim. Included is a photograph of 'Rev. David S. Kidd Byrne D.D.' and informant for Janet's death is 'Rev. D.S.K. Byrne D.D.'

So, is Rev. David Samuel Kidd Byrne married to Janet Lewarne in 1895 the same David Samuel Kidd who married Mary Ann Johnson & Sarah Elizabeth Benner earlier?

Note: son Clarence Ephraim Kidd's marriage lists parents as David S. K. Byrne (ne D.S. Kidd) & Sarah E. Benner so seems that David did marry at least 3 times. So, did David & Sarah divorce or just separate?
