I wonder if anyone can help.  I am looking for Orlando Watts born in Glocestershire poss Frocester.  He had two sisters one called Nellie and one Called Anna Maria (who married a Walter Poole) and was a blacksmith.  I have found him on the 1891 census in St Hilary Glamorgan but cannot find him prior to that.  Any info would be helpful
