I am trying to track down my grand father his name was Abraham Sarkis.  He came from Syria.  He left in 1914.  And is living on the 1920 census below.

Abraham Sarkis age 36 b Syria, living Boston City 5, Suffolk, Massachusetts

If anyone out there can help me im trying to get his death cert he is buried in America from 1920 - 1980.

Died: Mar 1966
State (Year) SSN issued: Massachusetts (1951-1952)


His WW2 draft reg gives his name as Bashara Abraham.


Not sure now if the right one. :-\

The 1920 Census says that Abraham immigrated in 1900.  Are you sure this is the right guy?  The same guy might be in the 1910 Census here:  http://www.rootschat.com/links/0dac/
