Electoral Rolls 1980 Onwards

hello I am trying to find my brother who went to australia somewere around 1980. I dont know which state he went to, so I would like to know if I can search electoral rolls for the whole of australia.  I live in england so need this advice if possible yours essiefred

Have you tried cyndi's list at all? It has directories and a lot of other stuff on it for Australia. Could be worth a look

The 'National Library of Aus' (Canberra) has an 'Ask a Librarian' service (on-line).  They will check electoral rolls (past & present)

'White Pages' are also on-line.
