Help deciphering an Admon (latin) please

Is anyone able to help me decipher the attached Admon & Tuition for a William Pybus. It's in latin and, even though I did it for O level many moons ago, I'm struggling!!

 BATHSHEBA BOOTHROYD bn c. 1802 W. Yorks.

Baptism nowhere to be found. Possibly in a nonconformist church near ALMONDBURY or HUDDERSFIELD.
