Wonder is this family in 1901 census is anything to do with the 1891 Campbell baptism?
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Louth/Westgate__Drogheda_Town/Loughboy/1567680
Same family in 1911 census-
www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1911/Louth/St__Laurence_Gate/Marsh_Road/572946

The John Campbell and wife Bridget on the 1911 census state they are only married 5 years, and have no children..  unless his 1st wife was also named Bridget ?

Shane

I think that is the same family in 1901 and 1911...

Husband John is recently widowed on the 1901 census and married Bridget in about 1906. His age and the ages of the three sons living with him match up.

Youngest son is the only Philip Campbell I can find on the census in Drogheda in both years.

I not sure those families fit then - this William is single and at home in 1911 ?

taking a step back for a minute.... what's your starting point ?

i.e. details of your ancestor - year of birth, father's name etc
