100 years ago today. I would live to find out more about the owner, Capt. W. A. Doyle-Kelly.
An article in Irish Times Feb 18, 2015 'Rare family home in Georgian district'

Number 6 Herbert Street When Walter and Bettie Doyle-Kelly got married in 1952, the young couple were given a wedding present of the five-storey terraced house. It had been in Walter’s family – his father, a captain in the Indian Army bought it and the houses on either side in the 1930s.   https://www.irishtimes.com/life-and-style/homes-and-property/new-to-market/rare-family-home-in-georgian-district-1.2108220

Many thanks for the reply, much appreciated. I am trying to find more information on Captain Walter Doyle-Kelly (father of Walter in your response) and his time in Ireland.
After being wounded January 7, 1916 en route to the Siege of Kut, he recuperated in Egypt and sailed on a hospital ship to the UK in June 1916. I have no info. on him in Ireland prior to the attack on the Mayfair Hotel in June 1921. His wife was from Co. Limerick but his time in Ireland is a mystery other than 2 children born there in 1916 and 1924.
